Fixes

Time for a rare update! I've fixed a bug in the downloading of roms and emulators that was caused by upgrading to PHP 5.2, and I've decided to remove the phone stuff page for the time being due to the fact that no one uses polyphonic ringtones anymore.

All the free downloads of polyphonic ring tones have been down for the past month or so due to moving web host. All now fixed and working.
