Paypopup - This company pays once a month when you have over a set amount (which you can specify, minumum $20 for paypal payment). They have 4 different ad types you can use on your pages, 480x68 banners (around $0.20 per 1000), Popin ads (small java script ads that slide onto the page), Pop-Unders, which are possibly the best for making money. And finally, the interstitial. They work exactly the same way as Midaddle's adverts work, but with these the skip button actually works.
